VENDOR REGISTRATION FEE:

  • Early Bird fee by 2/28/2025 is $300.

  • After 3/1/2025, the fee will be $350.

You may leave your merchandise overnight at your own risk.  The main doors to the ballrooms will be locked after hours.  Ka ‘Aha Ho’olauna Aloha Inc, its members, and the Palace Station Hotel & Casino will not be responsible for any loss or damaged items.

SETUP INFO:

Friday June 27, 2025 beginning at 9AM. Craft fair begins at 12:00PM.

You are responsible for securing all merchandise. 

Ka ʻAha Hoʻolauna Aloha Inc. will not be responsible for any damaged or missing items.

MĀKEKE HOURS:

Friday June 27, 2025 / Times:  1:00pm - 6:00pm

Saturday June 28, 2025 / Times: 8:00AM - 7:00PM

Sunday June 29, 2025 / Times: 8:00AM - 2:00PM

Our Mākeke will be limited to 20 vendors.  ​​
