Lāʻau Lapaʻau

This is an introduction to lāʻau lapaʻau. You will be introduced to a number of different types of plants used to make lāʻau lapaʻau. You will learn how to grow and care for the plants; as well as when to harvest them. We will also discuss what the plants are used for. You will learn a general pule while you are planting, gathering, and preparing the laʻau. You will also be making lāʻau lapaʻau to take as well as use on
yourself externally and, as a bonus, we will learn about the “Lāʻau Kahea."

Recommended for ages 18 and older.
